Our Facility 


We are a privately owned facility geared towards providing results.  At Momentum Fitness and Training we have a wide selection of the finest equipment found only at top training facilities around the country. Our excellent staff will help you efficiently and safely achieve your desired results. Our facility has an open floor plan that is designed to keep you moving while having fun. 


Open Floor Plan 


Momentum Fitness and Training features an open floor plan with turf for stretching, foam rolling, warm ups, functional movement training and metabolic conditioning. We feature a rubber flooring space for strength training, including use of our kettlebells and TRX suspension training equipment.


How We Train 


The design of Momentum Fitness and Training is based on our philosophy of functional training and results based fitness. We offer private, semi-private and small group training in order to provide you with efficient results. Our areas of expertise are weight loss, functional training, sports performance, training clients with orthopedic conditions and rehabilitation. 


Move Right 


The traditional theories of fitness are based on cardiovascular endurance and strength training, but there is much more to fitness than running on a treadmill and bench-pressing weights. At Momentum Fitness and Training, we believe that fitness is more than endurance and strength.  It’s about functional movement. 


We value the quality of your body’s movements.  This is why every member receives an initial consultation and Functional Movement Screen (FMS.) The FMS was developed by noted Physical Therapist Gray Cook and Athletic Trainer Dr. Lee Burton. The screen is widely used in top facilities across the country and in many collegiate and professional sports programs. 


The FMS is a screen where you will perform a series of activities to evaluate your movement patterns. As one of only a handful of facilities in the area offering this service, we feel it’s important to assess your movement patterns and address your potential limitations in order to help you attain a higher fitness level. In conjunction with your goals, FMS will help us design a workout program tailored directly to meet your needs. 

Nutrition

Here at Momentum Fitness and Training we utilize Precision Nutrition coaching, a one-of-a-kind resource developed to help you improve the way you look, feel, and perform.  Our goal is to translate science into real results for real people.  Precision Nutrition is a company that specializes in life-changing, research-driven nutrition coaching for everyone.  

As one of only a few businesses in the entire state with a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach, we strongly believe in educating our clients to help them learn better nutrition and nutritional philosophies.  Our nutritional assessments help us design nutritional as well as workout programs customized to meet your goals.
